This is sort of where I am too. I've said to myself that the only real draw that could make a difference to that is the San Siro, just for the pure ridiculousness of ticking off having watched the Albion play in the Velodrome, the Amsterdam Arena and the San Siro all in one season.
Liverpool fans seemingly had Dublin booked out before the group stage draw was even made. I took a casual look a couple of weeks after the group draw and there was basically nothing left. IF they go out of the competition at any point, I suspect that most of the hotels in the city will suddenly...
Milan is the biggest allocation of all the teams we can get, I think. Hamburg would be similar to Amsterdam I think in terms of allocation. Somewhere between 2,600-2,800.
In terms of maximising both available funds and also annual leave days, I'm considering giving this knockout round a skip (especially if we draw a 'lesser' team, if there's such a thing at this stage). I would probably change that view if we were to draw Milan though, as a trip to the San Siro...
I suspect that they've probably already decided the various loyalty point bands/windows based on the possible teams that we can draw. My guess is that those details will be announced over the weekend and tickets will go on sale on Monday 26th.
