They’re not unrelated at all. They’re both about fans having tickets that they shouldn’t have. From the anecdotal evidence on this thread, the club appears to be treating one issue with a lot more seriousness than the other.

The club’s attitude towards their own fans and passing tickets on etc seems to be more draconian than the attitude towards away fans in home areas, which is something that actually poses a safety risk.

Each time something like this becomes apparent, it needs to be flagged to the club. It’s the only way anything will ever improve.
