    [Albion] Dunk - straight red?

That's the nub of it, yes. If someone makes a direct accusation about intentional corruption, then they've gone too far on a site that has my name above the virtual door. I don't want to end up in court where the onus is on me to prove that a published statement is true, because I don't have...

    [Albion] Dunk - straight red?

I agree with this also. The replays on my large TV were from too great a distance and blurry. Taylor had the same distant shot to review on a small monitor. Hinshelwood may well have fouled him, but it's not clear he did. It's equally possible that the striker wrapped his arm around Hinshelwood...

    [Albion] Dunk - straight red?

Exactly. Dunk knew he was in trouble when he was walking away from Taylor. First he offered the hand-of-apology behind his back and then a full-on handshake. He knew he'd overstepped the mark and was risking an early bath. The only strange bit, for me, is the straight red and not a second...

    [Albion] Dunk - straight red?

As I posted way back when, the club certainly believed that the yellow was for being too close when Taylor was reviewing the VAR footage for the penalty incident. As Taylor indicates the penalty decision he has to push by Dunk who is remonstrating and pointing back in the direction of the VAR...

    [Albion] Dunk - straight red?

What do you think we don't have an idea about? When I asked after the game yesterday, the club believed it was yellow for being too close, and then straight red for foul and abusive language. I've not seen or heard anything since to suggest otherwise.

    [Albion] Dunk - straight red?

My post on page 1ish of the thread came from someone at the club who was at the game. So the club certainly believed it was a straight red at the time and I’ve heard nothing since to suggest it’s otherwise.

    [Albion] Dunk - straight red?

Same source has confirmed it will still only be the one game ban.

    [Albion] Dunk - straight red?

Just heard from someone who will know. Yellow was for being at the var monitor when ref watched it back. Then straight red for foul and abusive language.

    [Albion] Dunk - straight red?

I'm hoping "admin error" due to all the stuff kicking off at the time, as there certainly wasn't a second yellow shown at any stage.
