Anecdotally, it feels like Dick's fills up early and quickly becomes one-in-one-out on match days and if this place is any good at all - and I'm sure it will be - I don't see why the same wouldn't happen.

In that image the black line is the shadow of the stadium, not the stadium itself. It does look great, but I just can't see it can be that big, given the available area and, as you say, the need to allow space for fans to pass through, particularly post-match.

You'd have to guess Phase 2 would be the construction of the monorail station on the roof.
