The vibe I took from the fans' forum was different to the "absolutely no returns" type message on the website yesterday.
It sounds like the club would like to facilitate an exchange if they can, but I can understand being guarded about that currently because the intention of the 3-match pack is...
I'd say Albion+ members who want to commit to the three games in advance will have a decent chance of getting the pack. Certainly, if you're quick off the mark when the A+ window opens.
No, there'll be no package that includes away games - they'll be sold match-by-match.
If, as a STH, you don't take up your option for the 3-match package by August 15th, there is no guarantee that your seat will be available on a match-by-match basis, as others will have had the chance to select it when they have their chance to buy a 3-match-package.
STHs have until 15th August to buy the 3-match pack for their own ST seat.
After that there are various phases listed in JG's response as other groups get the option to buy the 3-match pack.
Anything left after those phases will be available on a match by match basis when specific fixtures are...
I'm not sure the nuance on allocations quite comes across in my hastily-typed notes.
PB made the point about the potential impact on the team's sporting chances with allocation trade-offs, which I took to mean possible extra allocations beyond the mandated 5%. He gave the example of not wanting...
My interpretation is that the club absolutely want to offer that home transport option, but are just mindful of making a commitment now that they might have to row back on subsequently, eg if there are train strikes etc. Under-promise and then over-deliver etc.
I don't think that was covered, but given tomorrow is only STHs buying their own seats, I don't think 1901ers can have a "other parts of the ground" option from tomorrow.
I think with UEFA taking c15% of seats then the only alternative to a free-for-all was to make those who have been displaced wait for those who haven't been displaced to take up their own seats and then allow the displaced the choice of what's left.
I imagine the displaced 15% would feel pretty...
A bit rough, but hope it's useful for those who weren't able to attend...
