I can only surmise that people don't like team orders, and enjoyed someone ignoring them and just getting on with racing. I also wonder if there's some anti-sentiment towards Leclerc, being seen as a bit of a spoilt brat with his repeated team radio strops. I'd have gone for Albon.

I agree with all that, but I think he took the turn later than he needed to in order to make ir difficult for Leclerc to get around him.
