When you click to claim your ST, you should immediately be given a list of your F&F season ticket holders who have yet to buy their own tickets. You select your daughter's as well as your own and proceed. I've just checked and it doesn't let you upgrade the child ticket to an adult one online...

Similar here. Someone I added about 10 days ago is there. Everyone else who has been there for months to years has gone.

Diid all your F&F re-appear after the email? You'd hope there would be some sort of recognition and/or remedial action of the wider problem.

But why the hell should we need to add F&F back? I had a list of 20-30 F&F that, at various times, I've wanted to buy tickets for. I don't have all their details to hand - I dispensed of them once I'd added them to a system that I assumed would store them for future use.

When you click "CLAIM STH SEAT" you should get a list of F&F people that you wish to buy for in the one transaction. It sounds like you're in the same position as The Merry Prankster, me and others in that the ticketing system seems to have "forgotten" your F&F so you can't do this. Leave it...

Same here - only one person showing in F&F and he was someone added a week or so ago for Boro ticket purposes.
