Am I missing something with this pitch width discussion. Accoring to this site, it's only a couple of metres? I guess it's because we're not used to playing on different sized pitches like we used to be before they all became homogenised and boring? https://sqaf.club/premier-league-pitch-sizes/

But those games were when we really needed a win. They were far more serious capitulations than tonight - which is, I guess, why CH was sacked.

Well. Our performance was very poor. But hats off to Luton (see what I did there) - I thought they were superb tonight.

We can 'expect' to beat them, yes. But let's be fair - they have been well up for this, and played excellently.

They're not a pub team though. They've been improving all season, have had some close games - and have played bloody well tonight, regardless of us.

Many many years ago playing for the Scouts at Hove Park we were 3-0 down at half-time. Part of my pep-talk was 'If they can score three in a half, then so can we'. And we did!! (we lost 6-3, but no matter)

Perversely quite enjoying it as a game of football.

Not concerned yet. It was 2-2 at half time on Saturday, and we did okay. If we can get back level in the next 30 minutes we'll be fine.

Don't think we'll faff around too much. We'll be wanting to get right back in this.
