Well there are only 13 days left and it seems the only talk is now of Rhodes, who I feel is totally unaffordable - and therefore not a serious proposition - or a 93 day loan for Glenn Murray. Just leaves me a little deflated.
The talk of shutting up shop and waiting for next year also drags me...
Oh I hope so.
But that is tight for FFP. Maybe we are looking at a fee from an outgoing transfer ( Baldock, Ince or Dunk, I'd guess ) to make the finance less borderline ???
A little unfair, if I might say so.
No one is talking about 'having both'.
The traditional position can easily be different from the current position, there is no conflict in that.
So, que sera sera... let's not doubt Tony just yet. 17 days.
We'll get either Calleri, Bolanos or Bou - all of which are still uncomitted to going elsewhere - I'm sure.
If not, Ulloa on a half season loan, or Murray for 93 days.
Maybe we'll also get Skalak.
17 days until the window shuts.
