Neither ( or both ). Sodexo pay a fee to the club. Sodexo keep 100% of the profits up to a certain point, and then the club gets a cut of profit over this amount. I think. Or has it changed ? We've had so many different caterers that it is hard to keep track. Sodexo are the worst of the lot...
