That is pretty much my point. It was a reply to a poster claiming that palace was different to us in this respect.

FFS, Tony is losing 8 million+ of his OWN MONEY every year. If he wants to pay Paul Barber or whoever a high salary/bonus in order to minimise this loss then that's his right. The ingratitude here is epic.

To be fair, palace can't keep managers either ( Freedman, Dowie etc), and have lost players to other clubs who pay more as well ( Moses, Zaha, Clyne etc.)
