Watford have done alright changing their manager every 5 minutes. Same could be said of Chelsea who've changed every couple of seasons. Arsenal stayed loyal to a man who's best days were behind him. Thy're miles away now.

My personal opinion is that the majority of managers in the Prem would have gotten more out of this squad.
