Recommendations for restaurant in Brighton or mid Sussex.
I've never been but Ockenden manor in Cuckfield has a michellin star. From my experience you can't go wrong with The Ginger Fox, The Bolney Stage or Chequers, although they're all gasto pubs so not sure if they fit the bill.- Billy the Fish
