My friend's traditional curry house in Burgess Hill gets a 5* rating and the kitchen there is absolutely tiny. Sounds like an odd point to make but trust me if they can get organised enough to get a 5* there really is no excuse for anyone. I'd steer clear of anywhere under 3 stars. Browsing...
