No we lost to Cardiff by poor defending to give away the 2nd goal from a move that everybody knows they perform well. At 1-0 we always stood a chance of a draw at 2-0 it was all over.
4 draws from now to City will mean that we will be 6 points over Cardiff plus GD so they will need 2 wins probably Fulham and Palace and a draw from either Liverpool or United both unlikely. If we can nick 1 goal they will need 3 wins.
Taking into account the ability of both Wolves and Spurs to score goals what would you expect if we attacked them as many suggest... Simple a 3- 0 defeat at least. Being tight says that we MIGHT get a 0-0 draw or even a 1-0 win. I would gratefully settle for one of each a 0-0 draw and...
If we adopt the attitude of many on here and go for the win we will get torn to shreds by any the five teams that we have to play. Get back to basics and play to our strengths which has been a tight defence
Pre Christmas we would never have given away 5 goals against Bournemouth and made similar mistakes against Burnley, Southampton or Cardiff, I have been saying on here that our problems stem from Duffy and Dunk not performing as they did early season.
