    Many years ago I worked for a chap whose wife came from Singapore and she used to make her curry by cooking it on a very low simmer all day Sunday then left in the outside cold box, as she didnt have a fridge in those days, to get cold and reheated for dinner on Thursday it was fabulous.

    Easy 10 .........Think what you like I am broad shouldered and can take it. There is only 1 person on here who annoys me so this years resolution that I have made is to just ignore any post that he makes. Had to edit that as others had posted while I was being slow.

    I tend to only buy Madras in a place I know as they tend to vary so much some are just hot with no great flavour. and taste.

    Obviously picking out just a specific line suited your purpose best to try to look clever rather than quote the whole post which explains it.

    My fav is King Prawn Jalfreezi from Balti House in HH with Mushroom rice and Onion Bhaji. but if going to a different place tend to opt for either King Prawn or chicken. Jalfreezi so the answer for me has to be a Jalfreezi. as they do not vary as much as a Madras does.IMHO.
