Why not? GM is a better goal scorer and better at defending set pieces the only drawback is his age but for 3 months would that be a problem if they could get £20m+ for Mitrovic.

Possibly, because it wouldn't weaken the side and GM would score goals for them plus he is better at defending set pieces than Mitrovic. Next season would present the problem not this.

Could we do a swap loan deal with Mitrovic and Murray? Fulham training ground was at Motspur Park if it still is it would be an easy commute for Glenn. each day.

I do not think the day when we do is far off as we are reputedly in the chase for Harry Wilson of Liverpool who is available for £25m. but is a midfielder not a striker.

Who do you think will give Jokanovic a job in The Premier not a top club and most of those that kept their team up will keep the manager.? The only team I can think of is West Ham if Moyes goes but even they will look for better than a manager who failed to get promoted.

I think that he would be an upgrade on Baldock and Vydra who has been mentioned as a signing but not sure how much Newcastle will want for him. especially from us who will be challenging them for the same positions.

It must be put into perspective though as he is scoring in The Championship and it remains to be seen if he can do it in The Premier.

Just a thought there was talk of TB helping out/buying a club in Sweden or similar had that happened could that club have bought Mitrovic and then loaned him to us for the rest of the season thus circumventing the thought that Rafa wont sell to a rival. I think that if the price was right...

From what you know do you think the signing iof Mitrovic is a real possibility and if so would he benefit us greatly ie is he what we are looking for?

Sorry that came across wrong as I read it that Newcastle want the money back that they paid for him which is understandable , but we apparently, must think they paid too much in the first place based on our valuation of him.
