[Cricket] England v Australia- 5th Test- Sydney 3rd-7th January 2018

I think that his field placings left a lot to be desired especially when we have been in a position to take charge Memory is not my best point now but wasnt it the time after lunch on 2nd or 3rd day in the 2nd test when we let them off the hook when they were struggling having lost 4 quick...

[Cricket] England v Australia- 5th Test- Sydney 3rd-7th January 2018

We were the victims of 3 poors. Poor batting from the top order, Poor bowling from the mainstream bowlers and poor captaincy from an inexperienced captain. End result was a justifiable 4-0 beating, we were lucky it wasnt 5-0 Where do we go from here to rectify the problems?

Oh for a century stand for Malaan and Moeen Ali who is due a big score.

[Cricket] England v Australia- 5th Test- Sydney 3rd-7th January 2018

I think that I would have sent Moeen Ali out for the last over or two and kept Bairstow back for the morning session to bat with Malaan and perhaps put on some runs. This is two fold as JB is more likely to get a big score than Moeen Ali but is a slow starter and MA is more likley to have...

Longer delay England win toss and elect to bat. At least Root won something if only the toss
