I was around my sons earlier and he was on a site, dont know which one, that suggested QPR are preparing a £4m bid for Rohan Ince I know that transfer fees have gone stupid but yes please. For that amount even I would say he was a good player and worth every penny.
I must admit I did...
Differing opinions or unanimous appraisal from supporters not those involved in the game, of which I include myself as a supporter as no ,longer involved in the game.
The differing opinions is why some managers are successful and some arent there is no he is right he is wrong it is all about opinions and what you want and expect the player to do.
I do not understand this he is still young he is 25 in November so near to reaching his prime certainly not a youngster and should be near to regular first team football at whatever level.
I know it is not an option but if it were who would you sooner have in the holding midfield role Ince or Bridcutt, I know where my vote goes without any contest.
You are not allowed to say that as you will be deemed clueless. I dont entirely agree about Baldock though as I think if fit he could have a part to play, but thats a big if.
What is best to be a big fish in a small pool or a small fish in a big pool assuming there was not much difference in wages etc. I know which I would prefer.
In a League One side he will get regular starts and excel most weeks. In a Championship side he could well become a bit player again.
Get it right I do not hate him just cannot see what people rave over him about as he has very limited ability to play at Championship level. As you said in 9 games at Swindon he was MOM in 8 what div were they in? I rest my case. Top end of League One club would be his best loan.
If played in front of the back four to win the ball then give it to somebody else to make the pass he will be ok other than that he will struggle in The Champion ship. For a man of 6ft 5in he is very poor in the air and has no direction with his headers but he will win tackles on the ground...
