Wasnt that one of the bones of contention about selling The Goldstone? Was that not leased to us by Clarkes Bakers on a long lease.- BensGrandad

Leasehold property.
Arent most leaseholds initially a 99 year lease and obviously this lessens as time goes on and the property is sold.- BensGrandad
