    The A23 going into Brighton is better for buses but nothing has been done to improve the buses travelling out of Brighton between 4 and 6 pm. I have no positive views on bikes who generally disregard the road laws anyway.

    We need to reduce the use of cars and the only way I can see is to make anybody being banned from driving to retake their test after the date their ban expires. It is not the answer but it would go some way towards reducing the car useage.

    What would be the cost of flyovers/underpass over the bottle neck junctions like Offington corner Grove roundabout and Lyons Farm leaving the roundabouts in place for joining traffic. It has worked in many places.
