I was talking mobile phones not land lines.

But not in prisons as the people are there as a punishment and to be deprived of everyday amenities.

Or put the limiters within the walls so that a phone works 50yds away outside. Could they not get co-operation from the phone companies to install limiters or tax them higher to pay for it. What about barring drones?

In yesterdays papers there is concern at the number of phones and amount of drugs being dropped in prisons. Why can they not bring in a sysytem to bar mobile phone reception in prisons thus making them useless and also a system that would prevent drones operating. Is it the cost involved or is...
