It would take good signing on fee to keep him probably, that is assuming we are promoted, but then it will cost a fair bit to replace him so perhaps bite the bullet and give him the money to keep what you have.

From that press conference I am not convinced that he will go if we get promoted but perhaps that is wishful thinking.
