    Perhaps the PM is on the right track to ease A&E by keeping the GP surgery open until 8pm and they do the minor things that people go to A&E for and if needed they send people to the hospital for an XRay etc.

    A lot on the tv news about hospitals cancelling cancer ops so is this in effect sentencing those concerned to death.

    I must be very fortunate as I phone in the morning and always get an appointment during that day usually during their sit and wait open surgery 12- 1pm where I am seen by any of the practice doctors not necessarily the one I am registered with. It must be said I havent used A&E for some years.
