I dont think Hart fancied a relegation battle and Man City wouldnt let him go to teams higher up te division and likely to be in the top half/ Europe contenders. I would class 3 managers in The Premier as better than Guardiola and a 4th nearly as good.

Man City said they wouldnt loan him to a Premier side, so he had no choice but to go abroad or stay at City as 3rd choice.

Dont try to be facetious as it is obvious what was meant. He wants a player with the ball skills of a CB but names him as keeper which allows him to use his hands as well as his feet.

That is because that idiot Guardiola wants a CB who can use his hands rather than goalkeeper so he has been forced out of the Premier. IMHO he is still the best English keeper by far.

Disregarding what Guardiola thinks Hart is one of the best keepers in the world still and the best that Man City have on thier books IMHO. He has made mistakes but tell me a keeper who hasnt and how long did Spain continue playing Casillas when he was well past his best.
