How do you PIMP your baked spud?
I like a jacket spud for lunch or snack but not sufficient for a dinner unless as an accompaniment to steak or gammon instead of chips.

How do you PIMP your baked spud?
I like mine with a hot chilli rather than have chilli and rice. The important thing is to cook them in the oven none of this microwave stuff so that the skins are crisp.
