One of the worst must be microsoft. I bought a lap top which had office 10 installed with windows 7 but after 8 months it is asking me for the activation code to use it which obviously I dont have so contacted Asus who said I need to contact microsoft. I have sent 3 e mails/ contact forms...
Very few of the large software companies appear to offer free advice as most tend to have a service charge, well that is what I have found when I have tried to contact them about any issue.
Many thanks, yes it is chrome on her talktalk account. Not sure, in fact no idea how to remove and re install the app, so will ask daughter in law. I thouight that may be the answer. She apparently has to have a gmail address to do this so have registered one for her.
Wife has an android tablet that she cannot get E mails on as it shows no messages but when I go on to my lap top with her name etc it shows correctly on there.
I went on to the e mail app on it and tried to change the name and password in case that was wrong but it wouldnt change should I try...
