No that was the chef from Indigo in The Steyne Worthing who was on Masterchef. The one I was talking about was on the ITV programme every day at 5.00pm I think it could have been from Due South or similar such name.

There was a chef from a Brighton restaurant on TV recently, 5.00pm on ITV , cooking a meal but he didnt win. Cannot remember which restaurant but I have seen it mentioned on here.
