Have never understood the amount of Harry bashing that happens on here. He's had success wherever he's been (apart from Soton). Took Bournemouth into Div 2 (now the championship) Took West Ham to a top 5 PL finish in the 90's. Took Portsmouth up into the PL (after years in the wilderness)...
