Wrong the emails are templates he cuts and pastes appropriate to whatever the answer is he wants to give.
It is not hard to do you keep them in your drafts box, we have a shed load of people that do this at work and to be fair it is pretty tedious

People have seriously abused the system and personally those that did the same for the Barnet game should also be receiving a letter and if there is a genuine reason then you can write back and explain.
As always a minority has now spoilt it for the majority however...
This does need addressing as I had one unused ticket for the Bournemouth league game as not allowed to upgrade or pass on to someone else - the only option was to hand it back
Maybe the club should have a sickness number just in case you cannot attend an away game you have a ticket for, like at work, ring in sick and if you continue to do it you may get invited to an interview to discuss your non-attendance.
Or even when we were shit when Hyypia was around but suddenly as the loyalty system really does kick in as nice new good grounds to go to a lot of moaners.....
