Why is it their responsibility to assist others ? I just do not get it and also suspect if this was the case they would not bother having the can do mentality to achieve business success. Totally stupid in my view however I suspect we are bound not to agree given you work in the public sector...

So even though an individual earns that money you would advocate a law on how they spend it ? Also that would totally stifle thinking out the box, taking risks and creativity, you would not be very welcome in the private sector.

Why not answer the actual question, at what point of personal wealth would your social responsibility program start ?

Really so in this social program of yours at what point should you have to hand what you earn to others ?

Indeed these people take huge risks when starting up these companies.

The point is I think you are generalising this and in effect tarnishing all food bank users where as clearly there is a need for them.

I am quite sure that people who have to resort to food banks have a lot less luxuries in life than those that don't need to use them.

It is very interesting and perhaps the biggest concern is that food banks have now become an everyday part of life for some therefore will be around for ever now. There are many divided political thoughts on this however the biggest issue is the enormous burden now placed on the welfare state...

Quite a lot of billionaires have created a lot of jobs, by taxing them to hell would probably mean less jobs. Why do you pathologically hate rich people ? Jealousy perhaps.....

Quite, I had a person who worked for our company I had to do an appraisal for who had 5 kids and was not paid enough. I did have to remind him several times it was a lifestyle choice and not the companies fault.

So just blame the middle classes for this problem then ?

These days people don't seem to want to that though and given money is easily lent out......
