Exactly, and using that criteria usually leads to quality and service going out the window as well. It shouldn't all be about profit when providing a service but that's how it normally ends up.
And I'm sure it will be for the 1901 club members et al, but do you really think us oiks using the concourse will be graced by the same level of quality and service?

Sodexo took over the catering at the company I used to work for and it ended up a shambles. Most people I worked with ended up bringing their own food in as Sodexo's offerings were of very poor quality and expensive.
Not impressed by this appointment by the club, Sodexo may have improved...
