They probably took the sign down before I passed them. The bones in my feet are aching. My legs don't bend. In fact, every muscle in my body is saying stay in bed. I haven't got the energy to chase children round school today. Shame most of my class are flight risks.

Gosh. I didn't envy you lot one little bit. I walked about 15 miles following the race and was badly sunburned and shattered by the end of it! Glad to hear there were no lasting effects. The friend I was following finished in 3.15 and kept on running after the finish line to hit the sea!
