Sure. La Brunhilda, Mechela, Azotea, Perro Viejo, Antojo, Eslava for excellent modern tapas. For something more traditional try Bodega Romero, El Rinconcillo or Los Coloniales on plaza Cristo de Burgo (there's another branch that isn't as good). Los Dardos is good for fried fish. Enjoy.

It's ridiculous, isn't it? I can eat in the best places in Seville and pay 25 euro for 2 people including drinks.

Everything in the UK is over-priced, partly because people are willing to pay money for crap like pukka pies.
