National Rail. If you put in London Bridge to Brighton it says it's cancelled but that's just the second leg from Haywards Heath.

Is that right? On the Southern site it says:
"In the evening peak the 16.57 and 17.42 London Bridge to Littlehampton services will be diverted after Three Bridges to call at Horsham, Arundel and Littlehampton"
I think I'll be getting the 17.23 to Lewes and queue for a Falmer train there.
As one of the "coming from work in London" gang I'm quite pleased if this is the case too. I've already had enough pain, this morning I caught the 06.46 from Brighton and have just arrived at my office near London Bridge.
