This was my take on it too. From what i have seen though there seem to be a number of translations which differ greatly in tone. Same as any written text that goes through translation and interpretation, you can choose to read it any way you like.

I agree but doesn't this come under the Hate Speech laws already in the UK? Surely the framework is there to enact your idea?

Seems logical and well written to me. The terrorists are carrying out their atrocities with a wide range of aims. The question for us is "Should we respond in a way that assists them in achieving them?" Seems like a no brainer to me.
