Fair play to you too. I respect your opinion and concede that you may be right. Like I say though I think we can afford to give him more time to see if he can be what we hoped he would be.
I am not in a position to go to games and watch the boring football on offer (i wish I was but that is...
I agree with your post, however i think your time frame is too short. I think he should be given a full pre season and a summer transfer window to show what he can do.
There really are no guarantees that a new manager is going to come in and do any better. TB will know from talking to Oscar what his plans are and if he thinks he can take us forward. I hope he gives him the time and space he needs to prove himself. Sacking the manager is so often not the answer.
Or show a bit of determination, dig in and make it work. If something takes you by surprise and is more difficult that you expected I am betting that you don't just walk away. I am guessing you give it a crack
I am basing it on the facts I stated in my first post, clearly I am fighting a losing battle on here.
To be honest my faith doesn't lay with Oscar as i know little about him and don't get to watch his team very often. My faith lays with Tony Bloom and I am happy that we will make the correct...
I think that is poor and quite unfair summary of the points I have made on this thread. Glad you lack of understanding amused you though, imagine what would happen if you comprehended what i was actually saying, it would blow your mind :)
Maybe he can see what Oscar is trying to do and the direction he wants to take the team in. I haven't spoken to him about the last few games to be fair. My point really is that i don't think that this seasons is the Oscar finished article, I think that we should be a little patient and give him...
So you don't believe that there is any room for improvement? i agree that the football at the moment isn't up to much but a manager needs a fair shake of the sauce bottle
Bit far for me to 'endure' the current set up. I just hold on to my memories of the halcyon days of our glorious history. Funnily enough though my old man who has been a season ticket holder for decades says he likes the style of play and is confident that when he gets it right all will be goodl.
disarray may not be the right word but it certainly wasn't the smoothest transition of managers. Oscar came in late due to the process of removing Gus which i believe has hampered his first season.
For the record I was and am a big supporter of Gus and was not intending to diminish his record...
Sorry for another Oscar thread but I thought I would try and redress the balance and take the focus from the threads posted by our unhappy 'customers'. I have taken my post from one of their threads and created this one.
He needs time to put his vision into practice, There have been several...
