Fair comments, but I still don't think anyone would have noticed if TFL had just changed the way they addressed their customers/ passengers, unless a member of TFL had gone to the press of course. For me travelling on the tube isn't something I enjoy, and the last thing I would worry about is...

Probably zero, most passengers are just trying to get from A to B as quickly as possible.

Why make a big announcement over this? Transport for London bosses could have told employees to stop saying " Ladies and gentlemen" and start saying "Hello everyone" Not sure why it's such a big thing, unless TFL are saying " oh look at us, we are so PC " :rolleyes:
