If only! Do you?

I am on record on here saying I'm pleased with all 4 signings made so far. Problem is, we need 8 quality signings in total. As I say, ineffective. I agree we don't have a problem selling our best players at top sale value.

I'm not just talking about the latest failure. We are getting pipped by other clubs in our division on a consistent basis. 4 good players in already but we need 8.

Yes, but as I've said before, I genuinely believe our club needs to review its whole player recruitment strategy - that means budgets (transfer fees, wage structure, etc.), timelines, staff involved (DB and his team), etc. etc. How many deals must we fail to get over the line before Tony says...

Well, can't disagree with your Obika comment. That's why I said 4 QUALITY signings, which obviously rules that standard of player out!

I like the look of all 4 of our signings this summer TBF. However, we needed 4 more quality signings MINIMUM, and well before now.

Player sales = great. Player purchases = very, very poor.

Oh FFS. Our beloved club have simply left it too late this pre-season. Far too late. And that has NOTHING to do with the Argus story.

Would be a great signing. We have been trying to sign him for a while. Here's hoping this one gets over the line soonest.
