Also the most uncomfortable seats I've ever sat in and that's a low bar. I was absolutely knackered but couldn't get any sleep it was so uncomfortable.

Apparently the reason for the delay was our original plane having a technical issue needing a long period of maintenance. They then moved a plane from the Antalya - London route with a 2.5 hour delay, we were the lucky ones. The other route is looking at a 4-5 hour delay.

From what I've been hearing they aren't allowed to fly after midnight here so that's why it's been put back to midnight. Might be cancelled altogether.

I'm with a few lads at the Jamie Oliver place before security, drinking to keep the spirits up.

There's a few of us at the airport already who are on that flight. Only 5.5 hours stuck here.
