Sent mine off last night, rejected at first so had to complete an appeal. Poor really they must be inundated with refund applications.

We all applied for delay repay for the 9.30 as we couldn't get on it and all five have been rejected. I can feel a letter coming on.

This was our thoughts, I think it was a 6 or 7 car train. Knowing the trains were going to be overcrowded surely they should have increased the train to 10 / 12 carriages. On our return to St Pancras it looked no better to queue was massive. Going up a young lady in the queue had a panic...

Long walk to Sheffield..........

We couldn't get near the train let alone get on it. All reservations have been declassified and the 10 30 was a free for all. Delay repay is very slow, I think the whole train is claiming.

Just a quick heads up, trains from St Pancras to Sheffield are overcrowded and subject to delays. Booked on the 9 30 but couldn't get on it now unreserved on the 10.30.
