I would hazard a guess you follow politic intently at a local level? No one I know does this, I would guess the majority never follow their local mp.
I am probably like the average voter, I don't follow politics up to the minute and don't buy a newspaper. I find them terribly depressing and they seemed to have targets that they constantly attack, it seems a very odd place to be, but of course, the ladies and gentlemen that spread this hatred...
