Gus has done 'well' at 1 club and you talk of him as if he's Mourinho. JAT. And Holloway also did well at Qpr and Bristol Rovers so not sure what you mean? His stint at Blackpool can hardly be under estimated, he did a FANTASTIC job on a small budget.
