Haven't been since COVID. Gave up our ST's at the end of that season. Went to Charlton, Leeds and Newcastle away last season. All physical tickets.

Perhaps it should be clearly flagged as... 'You are required to have a Google account and download the Google Wallet app in order to obtain your ticket.' That would be accurate. Oh, or the 'i' thingy equivalent no doubt.

Yes, yes, I saw all that. The term 'E ticket' was used on the site of the venue for a concert ticket I've just purchased. It didn't require me to have a Google account and this Wallet app though.

So are lots of apps. That's not the point I'm making.

Well I've had to download the occasional digital concert ticket in recent times. They've come as PDF's. Why am I being forced into having a Google account and the Wallet app in order to gain entry to an event? Are Google sponsoring it???

Just received my email. When I click the link on my phone it takes me to 'Google Wallet'. What's that all about then? I assumed it would download as a PDF. Does this mean I'm forced to have a Google account and this wallet thingy?

Anyone any idea how tickets sales are going please? Still likely to go to purchase history tomorrow? Also, is this a definite date now and can't be moved for TV? Thanks in advance for any info.
