I know what you are saying but any organisation faced with this situation would have had to find a solution which satifies Health and Safety issues and i think the club has responded quickly and probably with the best solution in the circumstances.
I think the club have responded very well here and the made the best situation out of a big cock-up. However i think the affected seats should be compensated and sold in future at a reduced rate.
I think this bodes well for future concerns, if they are minor or major, it shows the club did not get everything right but if they are confronted with a problem that arises no-one could have foreseen ( maybe the architects) the club will try to rectify it.
