Right so how I understand it is we are now at the same point we would have been at the end of a review or court case with Ruth Kelly concidering the points Lewis want to bring up then giving a new decision which is final???

Someone explain what this means damn it!! :angry: :angry: Tomorrows case isn't going to happen? Does this mean Ruth Kelly will re give planning permission without the one error which they have conceded on and we can get on with things???
