f***ing useless Knight not tracking back!
He's only got three goals for Swansea - that's even less than he got last season for us! Not even good enough for League One ... :nono:
Besides, two were headers, and they don't count 'cus he's small, and he probably stole the...
I hate to repeat myself, but again, what does that prove? How, from his previous season's tally, do you get to the assumption that he wouldn't have scored any more this season? Some confused logic there ...
He had, what, 5 in 23? No reason to suppose he wouldn't have continued that form, if not...
Proving what precisely? I didn't think the Palace game was one his best performances, tempting though it might be to presume so based on the goalscoring stats.
And what's wrong with five goals? If he'd carried on in that vein, ten goals would have been a decent return for a support striker -...
Re: Re: Re: Re: hat-trick for little shit!
And penalties are worth less now? I'm touched they let us into this league, considering we came up on the back of such a worthless sort of goal ...
Has he put in 100% every game? No. But I think that can be said of several players - and I do think...
Re: Re: hat-trick for little shit!
What's Dick Knight got to do with it?
I'm curious as to how you reconcile your blind faith in the rest of the team with your doubting of the ability of the player who's still our top scorer.
Of course he will. Get a side playing decent football, and a half-decent manager, and he'll do fine in the Championship.
Let's not forget, even with McGhee in charge, Knight's still our top scorer.
Well that's pretty much the sort of team McGhee's building. However many goals Knight scores at his current level, the same arguments will crop up - I look forward to the desperate scrambling for excuses when he repeats it in the Championship.
