Topic came up in the pub tonight and we couldn’t come up with an answer. I know the late great Brian Clough had an opinion but wondered what the wider public thought.

Along with many on this forum, I watched the tragedy unfold live at Heysel, likewise the terrible events at Hillsborough. Although intrinsically linked, Heysel seems to have been forgotten on these shores in relation to Hillsborough. Why do you think that is?
