I think the point @Commander was making that FH's lack of charisma* explains why so many fans haven't taken to him. * I'm not of the view that he lacks charisma, but does when compared to RDZ (who is the benchmark for so many fans, not for me though).

RE 3, Adams and McGhee were at the players awards and, given many fans haven't warmed to FH (see 1), getting them together is a helpful opportunity to make connections with the club's history which might just win some fans around.
