    I recognise some of this. Last weekend, I deleted Facebook from my phone and it has made a difference. It took 10 seconds, I haven't deleted my account. I can still look at FB, Insta, Tiktok links on my computer if a friend sends me one, but this seems to be the way to avoid that 'one reel after...
